• All orders placed before 2:00pm PT online will be shipped the same day. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Services unless otherwise selected. Customers pay for all shipping charges.
  
  Overnight and Second Day shipping options can be selected at Checkout. Additional shipping charges will be applied to these shipments.
  
  Within the U.S. - Lower 48 states only. Packs4Feet delivers to the continental United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses at this time. Estimated availability June 2009.
  
  To Multiple Addresses - The shopping cart on Packs4Feet does not currently allow you to ship to more than one address at a time. If you need to ship product to multiple addresses, please enter separate orders for each address.

  We gladly accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of your original order. Products must be returned in re-saleable condition, clean, and not damaged. All original packaging must also be returned undamaged. Due to health code regulations, we cannot accept any items that have been worn or used. Products such as toenail cutters, creams, and lotions may not be returned for any reason since they are considered to be contaminated once they have been opened. Products returned that do not meet these criteria will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
  
  If you wish to exchange an item, an additional shipping charge will be assessed; we will ship the new product to you for $6.95 as soon as we receive the original item back from you. Any difference in price between the new item you wish to receive, and the item you originally ordered, will also be charged (or refunded) to your credit card.
